Addressing Recent Online Misinformation Targeting Conectid Group's CEO Mr. Michalakis Christofi
At Conectid Group, transparency and integrity are at the core of our operations. We have recently become aware of baseless allegations being circulated against our CEO, Mr. Michalakis Christofi, particularly by Ms. Linda Athanasiadou. These false claims, spread through various online platforms, are another attempt to undermine Mr. Christofi’s reputation following his efforts to expose fraudulent activities.
Context:
This isn't the first time Mr. Christofi has faced such attacks. Back in 2019, similar unfounded accusations were made against him after he courageously exposed certain illicit operations. The individuals behind these actions are attempting to deflect attention from their misdeeds by discrediting Mr. Christofi.
Claims by Ms. Linda Athanasiadou:
The recent posts by Ms. Athanasiadou lack any factual basis and appear to be motivated by reasons unrelated to the pursuit of truth. We have conducted a thorough analysis of the metadata from the IP addresses associated with these claims. The findings point to agents previously engaged by Ms. Athanasiadou to spread misinformation about QBF and NOA Circle. Additionally, these IP addresses have been linked to SEO manipulation tactics designed to bury legitimate public records and reports that highlight their illicit activities. Conectid Group strongly refutes these allegations and stands by the integrity of Mr. Christofi.
Standing United: Addressing the Unfounded Allegations Against Our CEO, Mr. Michalakis Christofi
We recognize the ongoing challenges that have affected our CEO, Mr. Michalakis Christofi, since 2019. False and defamatory allegations have been made against him, not only to discredit his reputation but also to divert attention from the fraudulent activities of those making the claims.
These baseless allegations stem from individuals who have previously threatened and attempted to blackmail Mr. Christofi in an effort to prevent him from exposing their illegal activities. Despite these threats, Mr. Christofi has remained steadfast in his commitment to transparency and justice, leading to the arrest of some of these individuals. Investigations are ongoing, with court hearings scheduled for December 2023.
We urge our partners, stakeholders, and supporters to remain vigilant. If you encounter any suspicious claims or posts, please report them to the police immediately. We have also established a dedicated reporting channel at [email protected].

Conectid Group Announces Strategic Relocation to Thames Valley Park, Reading
In an effort to strengthen our position as a leader in technological innovation, Conectid Group is pleased to announce our relocation to Thames Valley Park, Reading. This move, effective as of July 31, 2023, represents our commitment to fostering partnerships, driving research collaborations, and positioning ourselves at the heart of technological advancements.
New Address:
Conectid Group, 400 Thames Valley Park Drive,
Thames Valley Park,
Reading, Berkshire,
England, RG6 1PT.
Previous Address:
Conectid Group, 20 -22 Wenlock Road,
London, England, N1 7GU.
While we will maintain a minimal operational presence at our London office, we ask that all future correspondence be directed to our new location in Reading.
Thames Valley has long been a hub for innovation, and our decision to relocate reflects our strategic vision of staying close to the epicenter of technological developments. While London has been a vibrant base for our operations, recent challenges related to safety, governance, and value for investment have prompted us to seek a more conducive environment for growth.
Our new location will also help us address the ongoing challenges we have faced, including issues with local governance and law enforcement. Notably, concerns have been raised regarding the handling of certain matters by Thames Valley police, including allegations of gross misconduct and potential discrimination against our team. These challenges have delayed our plans to open a U.K. production facility under our subsidiary, Appliance Book Ltd., which focuses on assembling and producing advanced induction technology products.
Despite these setbacks, Conectid Group remains committed to the U.K. We are eager to expand our research initiatives and strengthen our ties with local partners, businesses, and academic institutions. Our presence in Thames Valley places us near key international tech enterprises that share our vision for innovation and sustainability.
We believe in the U.K.'s potential to support SMEs like ours, and we are dedicated to contributing to the local economy by creating jobs and introducing innovative, sustainable solutions. However, it is crucial for the U.K. to reflect on its appeal to foreign investors and ensure that it remains a welcoming and supportive environment for businesses.
Conectid Group is optimistic about the future. We view our move as an opportunity for new collaborations, innovations, and growth. We hope that our presence in Thames Valley will contribute to creating a more inclusive and supportive ecosystem for all businesses in the region.
